How We’re Staying Safe

EWP and Covid-19

A lot has changed since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our team, like many others, were full of questions and unknowns. Though we are no longer working from home and are back in our office, completing jobs overseas, servicing clients and working events – we’d like to assure all of our customers that we are still taking the pandemic seriously and are doing everything we can to keep ourselves, our clients and loved ones safe.

We’re Still Here

 

The pandemic has definitely been a tough one for everyone, but despite the challenges thrown our way – we are still here!

We’re thrilled to be able to continue to offer our services across the globe after a period of uncertainty. We have worked throughout the pandemic from home and, when safe to do so, have provided our clients with the same level of service that EWP is known for.

Covid-19 And Our Event Clients

 

There is no denying that the events industry has been hit hard with the pandemic, and that there is certainly a a while to go before things are completely ‘normal’ for all of us who love attending, prepping and creating events. However, we’re thrilled to announce we are proudly working on events both locally and further afield!

We know that in order to keep events alive, we must do everything we can to keep our team and clients safe. Which is why our team are taking regular PCR and lateral flow tests before and after events, are continuing to follow all government guidelines and updates including social distancing and regular hand washing. Our team are also not coming to work if they are experiencing any Covid-like symptoms and are getting tested before returning to work.

Our warehouse team are ensuring that all of our equipment is prepped and cleaned before and after each event to keep everything as sanitised as possible. 

As always, we’re still communicating through emails, video calls and phone calls to try and keep any face to face meetings at a minimal unless absolutely necessary.

Covid-19 And Our Cruise Clients

 

The cruise industry was also heavily impacted by the pandemic. However, we are thrilled to now be flying and sailing all across the globe to be with the our cruise cleints again, completing jobs and starting exciting new projects with them!

Again, we are continuing to do everything we can to keep our clients, their passangers and our team safe. Which is why we’re following all government travelling rules and guidelines, taking regular PCR and lateral flow tests before and after travelling, wearing masks whilst travelling and contuing to wash our hands and social distance to prevent the spread of any germs. Our cruise team are also not coming to work if they are experiencing any Covid-like symptoms and are getting tested before returning to work. 

 Though there is certainly a long way to go before it’s smooth sailing for all of us, we’re thrilled to be back doing what we love and servicing our cruise clients with confidence.
