The current Covid-19 crisis has presented everyone with new challenges and new regulations. There are a lot of unanswered questions at this time, but as a business – we hope the following information can help our current and future clients.
We’re Still Here
Following the latest government guidelines regarding the UK lockdown, we have closed our warehouse and office with all our team members working from home. The safety of our team is of utmost importance to us which is why we are all currently following the government guidelines. We will continue to do so until further notice.
Though we are unable to get to our warehouse and office, we will be contactable via email and phone during our normal working hours. We’re lucky to have a dedicated team who are all working at replying to emails, answering any questions, offering advice and more during this trying time.
The Events Industry
There is no denying that the events industry has been hit hard with this and we’re sending out nothing but support to the freelancers, technicians and beyond who are currently facing uncertainties.
If you have an event booked in with us in the future – we will do everything we can to ensure that when things go back to ‘normal’, that your event goes ahead with the products and/or services that you have asked us to provide. If we are unable to offer a certain product, date or staff member due to overlaps or illness, we will do all that we can to offer alternatives that fit your needs and requirements.
As it stands right now, we are still currently taking bookings, and continuing to work with our clients from any current bookings, that are due to take place beyond this 3-week lockdown. If this changes, we will be contacting our clients as soon as humanely possible. Our goal is to ensure events not only follow the guidelines given by the government, but that they are able to go ahead as planned when this storm passes.

The Cruise Industry
We are working with all current cruise clients to create a timeline – which fits with the government guidelines – that enables us to rebook and reschedule projects. We are spending dedicated time finding the best solution to any of our clients’ questions and are doing everything we can to ensure that our current projects, purchase orders and beyond go ahead once this storm has passed.
Whilst working from home, we will be continuing to send quotes, respond to purchase orders and make plans for installs for the future for current and future cruise clients.
